What to know before paying: generating images or video needs a subscription; plans are $19.99 a month, or $119.88 charged up front for a year; refunds for unused time are generally not given; and its privacy policy says your data can be used to train its models.
Who it suits: people who want explicit image and video generation and a companion built to their own design. Who it does not: anyone who would rather not hold a subscription, or who wants their chats kept out of model training.

Unused time is generally not refunded
After you cancel, access runs to the end of the period you paid for and later periods are not charged. Unused portions of a period are generally non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

A 14-day window for defects, at its discretion
If the service is defective or significantly different from its description, you can contact support within 14 days of purchase. Whether you get a credit, a fix or a refund is decided case by case. EEA, UK and Swiss consumers have a separate 14-day right of withdrawal.

Its safety site says it does not sell user data, and that chat messages are processed by third-party AI model providers, while most image models are hosted by OurDream itself.

Encryption, with a caveat
The privacy policy says user and product data is encrypted at rest and in transit, on a SOC 2 Type 2-certified hosting platform. It also says it cannot guarantee the security of your information.

Deleting your account
Deletion is requested from the profile page and takes 24 to 48 hours. It removes generations, unpublished characters and chat history and cancels any subscription. A public character that became popular may stay on the service.
