Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
QUESTICK LTD, which operates CrushNights, has zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking and the sexual exploitation of anyone. This policy explains how the way CrushNights is made keeps those harms out of it, what we forbid, and what we do when someone reports a concern.
1. No real people are depicted
Every companion on CrushNights is a fictional character generated by AI, and every one of them is an adult. Every photo, video and voice of a companion is AI-generated. No real person appears in any of it, so no performer, model or worker is filmed, photographed or recorded to make the content on this site. See our AI Disclosure.
2. What we forbid
Nobody may use CrushNights to:
- promote, advertise, arrange or facilitate human trafficking or modern slavery;
- recruit, buy, sell or exploit any person, for sex, labour or anything else;
- offer or seek real-world sexual services, meetings or contact through a companion;
- share images or details of a real person, or ask a companion to imitate one;
- create or request content that depicts or encourages coercion, abuse or exploitation.
These rules are part of our Terms of Service. An account that breaks them is closed.
3. How we keep to it
- We review all content before it is published on the site.
- Photos users upload are screened automatically, and authorised staff review chats to moderate content.
4. How to report a concern
If you see anything on CrushNights that you believe involves trafficking, slavery, exploitation or a real person, tell us, with or without an account:
- the report form;
- email report@crushnights.com or hello@crushnights.com;
- our contact page.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the local police or emergency services first.
5. What we do about it
- Every report is read by a person.
- Content that breaks this policy is removed within 24 hours of the report.
- The accounts involved are closed.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement and other authorities, report suspected trafficking or exploitation to them where the law requires or allows it, and keep the relevant records so they can investigate.
6. Questions
Questions about this policy go to hello@crushnights.com.
