Welcome to CrushNights. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. You must be 18 or older

CrushNights is strictly for adults. By using the service you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). We may restrict or refuse access where required by local law.

2. AI companions

All companions are AI-generated fictional characters, not real people. See our AI Disclosure. The service is for entertainment and does not provide professional advice of any kind.

3. Your balance and payments

CrushNights uses a prepaid balance held in US dollars. Your balance is spent on chat, voice, video calls, custom videos and content unlocks. Prices are shown before each purchase and vary by companion.

Nothing auto-renews and we do not store your card. There is no subscription — you pay only for what you choose, when you choose it, and there is nothing to cancel. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we never see or hold your card details.

Your right to cancel, and how you give it up. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a digital purchase. Because added funds are usable the moment they arrive, we ask you at checkout to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose that 14-day right by doing so. If you confirm, the purchase is final; if you do not confirm, your 14-day right is unaffected.

Beyond that, and except where the law says otherwise, top-ups and spent balance are not refundable. If something went wrong — a charge you do not recognise, funds that never arrived, content that was never delivered — email [email protected] and we will put it right. Please come to us before your bank; a chargeback takes months and we can usually fix it the same day.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CrushNights to:

• Attempt to make any companion produce content depicting minors or non-consenting persons;
• Harass, threaten, or harm others, or promote illegal activity;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service or its content;
• Share your account or misrepresent your age or identity.

5. Content and conduct

Companion content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only. We may moderate, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrushNights is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact [email protected].
