Welcome to CrushNights. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

CrushNights is operated by QUESTICK LTD (registration no. HE 499784), Voukourestiou 25, Neptune House, 1st Floor, Office 11, Zakaki, 3045 Limassol, Cyprus.

QUESTICK LTD is solely responsible for all content on this website. No other person or company is responsible for it.

1. You must be 18 or older

CrushNights is strictly for adults. By using the service you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). We restrict or refuse access where local law requires it.

2. AI companions

All companions are AI-generated fictional characters, not real people, and every one of them is an adult. Every photo and video of a companion on this site, free or paid, is AI-generated too: none of them shows a real person. See our AI Disclosure. The service is for entertainment and does not provide professional advice of any kind.

3. Prices, your balance and billing

CrushNights uses a prepaid balance held in US dollars. You add funds (a top-up) and spend them on chat, calls, gifts and custom videos. Every price is in US dollars and is shown to you before you buy or start anything. Nothing is ever charged in the background.

No subscriptions, no recurring charges. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Each top-up is a single payment that you start yourself, and we never charge your card or wallet again unless you top up again. There is nothing to cancel.

Top-ups

You can add any amount from $5 to $2,000 at a time. Card payments are up to $125 each. One dollar paid adds one dollar to your balance. Larger top-ups add a stated bonus on top: $250 adds 4%, $500 adds 8%, $1,000 adds 12%.

Promotional offer: first top-up bonus. Your first completed top-up of $5 or more adds $5 extra to your balance, once per account. The bonus is not money you paid, so it is never refunded or paid out, and it is spent like the rest of your balance.

What things cost

How time is charged. Chat, phone calls and video calls are priced per 30 minutes and charged by the second, only for the time you actually use. When you start, any saved time you have is used first. If you have none, up to 30 minutes at the rate shown is set aside from your balance (a smaller balance sets aside less, at least $1, at the same rate).

Unused time is saved, never lost. When you leave a chat, hang up, close the page or lose your connection, you are charged only for the seconds you used, and the rest is kept as saved time. It is used first the next time you start, before anything new is taken from your balance, and it does not expire. Saved chat and video time stays with the companion you bought it for, because each has her own rate; saved phone-call time can be used to call any companion. Your saved time is shown before you start.

Calls and chat together. While a phone call with a companion is running, your chat with her is included in the call: photos she sends during the call land in your chat and no chat time is charged on top. If your chat time runs out during a call, the call carries on, and you can call with saved call time or your balance without having any chat time. If a call's time runs out while you are still talking, the call carries on from your saved time and then your balance at the same rate until you hang up. If a call never connects, nothing is charged.

How you pay

Top-ups paid in cryptocurrency are processed by our payment provider NOWPayments: you choose the amount in US dollars here, pay it in a coin of your choice on their checkout page, and the funds are added to your balance once the network confirms the payment.

4. Cancellation

There is no subscription or membership to cancel. You decide each payment yourself, and you can simply stop using the service at any time. You can leave any chat, call or video call whenever you like: you pay only for the time you used, and the rest is saved for next time.

Your right to cancel, and how you give it up. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a digital purchase. Because added funds are usable the moment they arrive, when you pay by card we ask you at checkout to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose that 14-day right by doing so. If you confirm, the purchase is final; if you do not confirm, your 14-day right is unaffected.

Closing your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us.

5. Refunds

Except where the law says otherwise, top-ups and spent balance are not refundable, and promotional bonuses are never refunded or paid out. Time you have used is not refundable; time you have not used is saved for you, not lost, and a call that never connects is not charged. If something went wrong (a charge you do not recognise, a charge you did not choose, funds that never arrived, content that was never delivered) email hello@crushnights.com or use our contact page and we will put it right, by restoring your balance or refunding the payment. Please come to us before your bank; a chargeback takes months and we can usually fix it the same day.

Companion content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only. We moderate content and suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law.

Messages you send

Chats are text and voice only: you cannot send photos or other images to a companion. Topics that break these Terms or our content rules are never part of a chat, whoever raises them, and companions decline them. A message containing a word that is prohibited under our content rules is refused before it is sent: it does not reach the companion, is not stored and is not charged, and you are told why.

8. How we monitor content

Some pages link to websites we do not run, such as our payment providers or reviews of other services. We are not responsible for the content of those sites, and a link is not an endorsement. We check links before we publish them and review them when they are reported. Third-party links shall be removed if those links are found to contain violating contents.

11. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrushNights is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer that the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute about them or the service, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, where QUESTICK LTD is registered. The courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country and may bring a claim in its courts.
