Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to anyone who joins the CrushNights affiliate programme. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, which continue to apply to your account. By joining, you agree to both.

1. Joining

You need a CrushNights account and you must be at least 18. You join from the Affiliate page in your account, and you are given a personal referral link. Joining is free. We may decline or end anyone's participation.

2. What counts as a referral

Someone is your referral if they arrive on your link, have not been referred by anyone else, and create a new account within 30 days. Recording the referral uses a cookie, so it depends on the visitor allowing it. A person has one referrer, fixed when they sign up, and it does not change afterwards. An existing account cannot become a referral.

3. Commission

You earn 20% of the amount a referral pays for each completed top-up, for as long as their account exists. Commission is calculated on money received, not on bonus balance, and fractions of a cent are rounded down. No commission is earned on a top-up that is not completed.

Each commission is pending for 30 days and then becomes available. If a top-up is refunded, reversed or found to be fraudulent, its commission is reversed. If that commission has already been paid to you, the amount is deducted from your later earnings.

4. Payouts

You can request a payout once your available balance is at least $50. You tell us how you want to be paid; we review each request and send it by hand, usually within 14 days. We may ask for information we need to make the payment lawfully. You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn.

5. How you may promote CrushNights

You must not:

• send spam, or unsolicited messages of any kind, including in comments, forums, direct messages and email;
• bid on “CrushNights”, misspellings of it, or our domain in paid search or any other paid placement;
• send fake, automated, incentivised or paid-to-click traffic, or pay or reward people for signing up or topping up;
• make misleading claims about the service, its prices, or what a member will receive, or present yourself as CrushNights;
• promote the service to anyone under 18, or anywhere aimed at or likely to reach minors. Traffic must be adults only;
• refer yourself, or accounts you control, or split commission with the people you refer;
• use our companions' images outside what the image licence allows, or promote us alongside unlawful content.

You must make clear, wherever the law or the platform you use requires it, that you may earn from your link. You are responsible for following the rules of the places you post.

6. Fraud and withheld commission

We may withhold, reverse or decline to pay commission that we reasonably believe came from fraud, self-referral, or a breach of these terms, and we may suspend or end your participation. Where we do, we will tell you. Commission honestly earned before that point remains payable.

7. Privacy

Your dashboard shows counts, dates and amounts. It never shows the name, email address or account of anyone you refer, and we will not provide them. See our Privacy Policy for how referral visits are recorded.

8. Relationship

You are an independent promoter, not our employee, agent or partner, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.

9. Changes and ending

We may change these terms, including the commission rate, by giving notice on this page and to the email address on your account at least 14 days before the change takes effect. A change does not reduce commission already earned. You can stop at any time by no longer using your link; we may end the programme with the same notice, and will pay available balances that meet the minimum.
