Candy.ai, read from its own terms
No score, no affiliate link, and nothing here about how good the writing is — that is a matter of taste and we are the last people who should be trusted on it. Instead: six things their published terms say, each one checkable in about ten minutes, and an honest account of who should pick them over us.
Credit where it is owed
What Candy.ai is genuinely good at
Candy.ai is one of the two or three most-used products in this category and the scale is not an accident. The catalogue is large and it spans both photoreal and anime in one place, which almost nobody else does well — most services pick a look and live with it. If you do not yet know which of those you want, being able to try both behind one account is a genuine advantage.
It ships the full set. Image generation, video, voice, and a character creator, so a companion can be built to a specification rather than picked from a shelf. Compared with a fixed cast — which is what we sell — that is straightforwardly more freedom, and anybody who tells you otherwise is selling you their own constraint as a virtue.
It is also explicit, and it says so on the front page: the site's own description of itself is an uncensored fantasy experience. For a large share of people typing anything into this category, that is the requirement, and it disqualifies us rather than them. If explicit output is what you are here for, the honest recommendation on this page is Candy.ai and not us.
From their published terms
Six things worth knowing before you pay
None of these is a secret, an accusation, or a bug. All six are disclosed by Candy.ai in documents anybody can open. They are collected here because almost nobody opens them, and because together they describe the arrangement you are actually entering.
01
The free tier is five messages, in total, forever
Not five a day and not five per companion — five, on the account, after which the service is paid. It is the smallest free allowance of any major product in this category that we have read. Worth knowing before you sign up rather than five messages after, because it is not enough to find out whether you like talking to her.
Their terms of service, §9, read on 3 August 2026
02
Refunds close after 24 hours — and sooner if you use the thing you bought
The window is 24 hours from purchase, and it is separately voided once a threshold of tokens has been spent. Both conditions have to hold, so a purchase made and used the same evening can be outside the refund window while still being the same evening. This is legal and it is disclosed; it is also the mechanic most likely to surprise somebody, which is why it is second on this list.

03
Tokens expire at the end of the period and do not roll over
The subscription includes a monthly token allowance, tokens are what image, video and voice generation are priced in, and an unspent balance does not carry into the next month. A quiet month is a month you paid for and did not keep.

04
Prices may be increased at their sole discretion
A standard clause in this category and not remarkable on its own. It is worth reading alongside the auto-renewing subscription it sits above, because between them they describe an arrangement whose price is not fixed by anything except notice.

05
Prices are not shown before you sign up
The plan card is behind account creation. This is common in the category and it is the single easiest thing to check for yourself: if you can see the numbers before you give an email address, that is a small mark in a service's favour.

06
Their Trustpilot profile is no longer visible
Visiting it on the date above returns Trustpilot's standard notice that the business is no longer visible on the platform. Trustpilot does not publish a reason on the page, and we are not going to guess at one — the fact worth knowing is narrower and still useful: the largest independent review corpus in this category cannot currently be read for this product, so "check the reviews" is not advice anyone can follow here.

The number we are not going to print
Why there is no price table here
We are deliberately not printing their price card. Every service in this market repriced at least once during the eight weeks this site's research covers, and a stale number in a review is worse than no number — it is a specific, checkable, wrong claim, and it is the kind of thing that makes the rest of a page not worth believing.
What is stable enough to describe is the shape: an auto-renewing subscription in monthly, quarterly and annual terms, with the per-month figure falling as the commitment lengthens, plus a monthly token allowance and separate token packs for anything generated. Go and read the current numbers on their own page before buying, and read them after signing up rather than before, because that is where they are.
Side by side
The two, on eight axes
The middle column restates what Candy.ai publishes about its own product. It is not a score, and several rows are a design decision we simply made the other way — including two where their answer is the more capable one.
| Attribute | Candy.ai | CrushNights |
|---|---|---|
| Shape of the product | A large catalogue plus a character creator | A fixed cast of 19, written and photographed in one place |
| Explicit sexual content | Yes — described on their own front page as uncensored | No, at any price. Suggestive and flirtatious, never explicit |
| Look | Photoreal and anime, both | Photoreal only. No anime, and none planned |
| Making new images | Yes, generated on request and priced in tokens | No. Her photographs were taken in advance and there is no prompt box |
| Free tier | Five messages in total, per their §9 | Every gallery with no account at all, then 8 messages |
| Billing | Auto-renewing subscription; tokens expire monthly | No recurring charge and no card kept on file to run one |
| Memory | Available; check the current tier list for how much | Stored per companion, on every plan, never sold as a multiplier |
| Disclosure | An AI product, and presented as one | The same, plus a dedicated page and an honest answer if you ask her |
Read against Candy.ai's own published terms, pricing and product pages on 3 August 2026. Products in this market change monthly, so treat the middle column as a pointer to go and check rather than a citation. Candy.ai is a trademark of its owner, named here only to identify the service under discussion; there is no affiliation or endorsement either way, and no affiliate relationship of any kind.
The recommendation, split three ways
Who should pick which
Pick Candy.ai if
These are the things a large generative catalogue does that a fixed cast structurally cannot, and there is no version of this page where we win these rows.
- you want explicit sexual content — this is the whole answer, and it is disqualifying for us
- you want to generate new images and video of her on demand
- you want anime as well as photoreal, behind one account
- you want to build a companion to your own specification rather than pick one
- you want the biggest catalogue rather than the most finished one
Pick us if
The narrower set of things a small, finished cast does better.
- you want the same woman on Thursday you had on Monday, with what you told her still there
- you would rather not hold a subscription, and would rather nobody kept your card
- you want a gallery that is recognisably one woman rather than a new render each time
- you want the content line stated on the door instead of discovered later
- suggestive and teasing is the register you actually wanted
Pick neither if
Said here rather than buried, because it is a real share of the people reading this.
- you want a real person on the other end — neither of these is that, and cam sites are
- you want something free forever at any volume
- you want a native phone app rather than a browser tab
- you want a companion who will play a character under 18, in any context, on any service
Answered before you ask
Questions people ask about Candy.ai
Is Candy.ai safe?
Separate that question into three, because they have different answers. Is it a scam — no; it is a large, long-running commercial service that delivers what it sells. Is your data private — read their policy and decide, as you should with any service in this category, and note that a 2024 breach elsewhere in this market published users' email addresses alongside their chat prompts, so the stakes are specific rather than abstract. Is the billing predictable — that is the part this review would tell you to read carefully, and the findings above are where to start.
Can you get Candy.ai for free?
Five messages, in total, per their §9 as read on 3 August 2026. After that it is a paid subscription. There is no free tier in the sense of something you can keep using.
Is Candy.ai easy to cancel?
Their subscription auto-renews and is cancelled from the account area in the usual way. The part worth knowing is not cancellation but refunds: the window closes after 24 hours and is separately voided by usage, so cancelling does not get back what you already bought.
Why should I trust a review written by a competitor?
On the facts, you shouldn't have to — that is why every claim above cites their own published terms with the date we read them, so you can check the lot in about ten minutes. On the judgements, you shouldn't at all. We have an obvious interest, we have said so at the top of the page, and the section recommending them over us is there because it is true for a large share of readers.
Is CrushNights uncensored?
No. She is suggestive and flirtatious and will not write explicit sexual content, at any price. If uncensored is the requirement, Candy.ai meets it and we do not.
What's the closest thing to Candy.ai that isn't Candy.ai?
Depends entirely on which part of it you liked. If it was the generator, the answer is another generator. If it was having somebody there who knew you — the part people describe when they say a companion felt real — that is a different product shape and it is what this site sells.
