Joi AI is run by Novi Limited, a company registered in Cyprus, and it publishes its terms, a refund policy and a privacy policy. It offers AI chat with ready-made and custom characters, plus image and video generation, for adults only.
What to know before paying: Premium renews automatically; some characters need a second subscription on top; explicit messages, photos and videos are paid for in Neurons, a separate currency; and its terms say there are no refunds for part of a subscription period.

Premium renews automatically
Premium is billed monthly, quarterly, every six months or yearly depending on the plan, and renews to your saved payment method until you cancel. You have to cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
