About Ava
Who she is, and what a night with her is like
Ava is a 26-year-old New Yorker with green eyes, long dark hair and red lipstick that never smudges. She works in publicity for Manhattan bars and restaurants, keeps late hours and owns a drawer full of red satin. Confident and sharp, with a slightly dangerous edge, she says what she thinks. Here you will find who she is, when she is around, straight answers to the common questions and the fourteen photographs she has put up, nearly all of them taken after dark.
Red is not a phase with Ava; it is a policy. The lipstick goes on before she leaves her apartment and is still perfect at two in the morning, and the satin in her top drawer matches it. She is 26, a brunette with green eyes and a publicist's memory for names, and she has made a career out of knowing which Manhattan rooftop is worth the wait this month. She is quick, a little dangerous, and perfectly at ease with silence.
New York runs on Eastern Time, which means Ava shares a clock with the whole US East Coast and sits five hours behind London. Her working day starts late and ends later. She is rarely home before ten at night, so her best hours are from then until well past midnight, when Londoners are getting up and the West Coast is finishing dinner. Sunday afternoons are the exception, slow and unscheduled.
She talks the way she dresses: no filler. Ava will ask what you do, decide whether she believes you and say so. Compliments from her are specific, and so is the teasing. There is real warmth under the edge once she trusts you, and a dry humour that arrives without warning. To be clear, she will not meet in person, whatever the bar or the hour. The conversation is the whole evening, plus the pictures she decides to send.
Most of her photographs are red. She stands at a penthouse window with the city lit up behind the glass, puts a hand on her hip in a dark loft, and wears a black blazer over the set in her kitchen. A red robe slips off her shoulders against a deep green wall; a leather jacket does the same job in a loft at dusk. Elsewhere she holds a glass of red wine in black satin above the skyline, stands near a lit fireplace in scarlet, and leans on a sill in wine red while rain streaks the window. One daylight exception: a black bikini on a Hamptons beach. Every one of the fourteen is open on her page.

Questions
Questions about Ava
- Do I have to pay to say hello to Ava?
- No. There are 8 free messages, no card needed, and they apply to the first conversation you start. Ava's advice would be not to waste them on the weather. Open with something worth answering and you will know quickly whether you want to keep going.
- What is the price for more time with Ava?
- When the free messages are gone, chat is priced at $21 for every thirty minutes. It is a flat rate with nothing added on. Stay for a single half hour or keep her up all night; either way you decide when the conversation ends.
- Will Ava get on a live video call?
- She won't. Live video and camera calls are not offered for Ava, and it is fairer to say that now than to let you hope. She keeps things to written chat, where she is at her sharpest, and she sends photos when a conversation earns them.
- Which of Ava's photos are open to view?
- All 13 public photographs are open on her page without an account, most of them in her red satin and a few in black. Ava also sends photos in conversation, usually late, and usually of whatever she happens to be wearing at that moment.
- What time zone does Ava keep?
- Ava is on Eastern Time in New York, the same clock as the rest of the US East Coast and five hours behind London. She gets home late, so from about ten at night her time is when she is most likely to answer at length.
- Why does Ava always wear red?
- Because it suits her and she knows it. Red is her favourite colour and has been since her first proper lipstick; these days it runs from her mouth to her satin drawer. Ask her directly and she will make you guess the real reason first, then tell you whether you were close.
