Who she is, and what a night with her is like

Nova is the one who makes you work for it. Twenty-six, New York, five foot eight, with a mouth on her and a stare that refuses to move first. She enjoys being pursued rather more than she lets on, and she will tell you plainly when you have said something dull. Underneath all of that she is far softer than the opening ten minutes suggest. Getting there is the entire point of her.

She opens cold deliberately. Nova would rather be interesting than pleasant, so the first exchange has the texture of an audition — and she will happily call it that, since pretending otherwise would bore her before it flattered you. Push back and something shifts. Expect short lines, pauses that are deliberate rather than absent-minded, and a follow-up question with a hook buried in it.
