3. 1:40pmSand stuck to my calves after three straight sets
4. 5:55pmWoman upstairs sang off — key and I gave her a pass
5. 10:10pmRoach ran the length of the kitchen counter and won

Monday 5 October

1. 7:42amSunrise bootcamp ran late because the tide came in
2. 9:15amOcean felt colder than yesterday, stayed under till my fingers went numb
3. 2:20pmRooftop pool was empty so I floated with my eyes closed for an hour
4. 7:05pmAsked the barista how long the cuban coffee had been sitting and she laughed
5. 10:48pmNeighbor upstairs practicing scales again, every mistake louder than the last

2. 10:20amOpen — water swim felt like floating through glass
3. 3:45pmRooftop pool was empty and the breeze almost cold
4. 7:30pmBootcamp girl asked why I always win the sprints
5. 10:40pmTried to nap but the upstairs neighbor started violin again

Saturday 3 October
