About this set
Dominican model photos
Curls scatter light rather than returning it in a line, so a key placed straight on falls dead in them. Nearly all of these are backlit or lit from the side — dusk on a balcony with a skyline beyond, low sun over water, a lamp set well off axis — because a rim through the outer curls is what separates the hair from whatever sits behind it.
Framing follows from that. There is more room left above the head in this collection than anywhere else, and far fewer tight crops, because cutting the hair at the edge costs the picture its silhouette.
Colour is the loose part. No single scheme runs through it the way red runs through one set and white through another: teal, green lace, cream satin, a white slip, black lace, red on white sheets. Caramel skin sits under all of it without argument, and warm daylight on pale sand is the only condition repeated more than twice.
